We are looking for a passionate business analyst to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce BA, you will be responsible for Requirement Collection, Analysis, Design, Configuration and Test of our customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities: 

  • Serving as key point of contact between Customers, technical team, architects, security and UX experts.
  • Functional and UX Design.
  • Integration and Migration Design.
  • Improving and fostering Waterfall, Agile, SAFe and Project Management skills.
  • Planning, designing and executing quality check of Salesforce.com applications.
  • Acting as a Customer coach to enable VES’ Project Methodologies.
  • Supporting Presales and Sales activities.
  • Planning, designing and executing Training and Change Management programs.

Requirements:

  • Able to quickly understand the as is context via documentation, data anlysis, applications inspection, users observation and direct interviewing.
  • Able to summarize and represent ideas, concepts, needs, requirements, use cases and processes with Waterfall and Agile methodologies tools (i.e.: E-R diagrams; flow diagrams; sequence diagrams; CRUD matrix; personas analysis; key features & requirement prioritization; Journey Maps; epics; user stories).
  • Able to translate Customer requirements into one or more to be scenarios.
  • Able to share and promote the to be scenarios, both via verbal and written communication, with mockups, presentations, wireframes.
  • Able to plan, design, execute, and monitor test campaigns.
